Responsibilities What You’ll Do As an Energy Sales Advisor, you’ll be on the front lines of our mission:

Connect with homeowners and introduce renewable energy solutions

Clearly explain how switching to clean energy benefits their home and their community

Guide customers through a smooth, stress-free enrollment process

Build confidence and expertise through daily training, coaching, and mentorship

Set goals, hit targets, and celebrate your wins

Show up with professionalism, energy, and leadership

Who We’re Looking For

Sales or customer service professionals ready to level up

Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven individuals

Confident communicators with strong people skills

Reliable team players who take pride in their work

Full-time availability:

Wed–Fri: 9:00am–5:00pm

Sat–Sun: 11:00am–6:00pm

Qualifications Compensation & Perks

$35,000–$95,000+

in first-year earnings (base pay + commission + weekly bonuses)

Promotion to

Team Leader in as little as 90 days
