Our client, a rapidly expanding global travel organization backed by a major international airline, is seeking
Travel Consultants
to join their high‑performance sales team in
Orlando, FL . This team sells cruise and travel vacation packages as the company opens its new U.S. office in May. Candidates will be identified mid to end of March, with UK training planned for April.

$50,000 base salary + commission
(OTE year 1:
$58k ; year 2:
$80k–$120k+ , uncapped)

Paid travel to the UK for
3–4 weeks of training
in April (exceptions considered for top candidates)
Operation runs
7 days a week, 9AM–9PM
2–3 rotating shifts
8–9 openings
6‑month training window

earning commission
Qualifications
Cruise sales experience strongly preferred
Travel or vacation sales experience highly valued
Comfortable working rotating shifts in a 7‑day sales environment
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Motivated by uncapped earning potential and performance‑based incentives
Ability to work full‑time onsite in Orlando beginning in May
Willingness to attend
3–4 weeks of training in the UK
in April (exceptions considered for top performers)
