Job Role & Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated BusinessDevelopment Manager with 2–6 years of proven experience in selling B2B ideallyin outsourced accounting, tax compliance, and payroll services. The idealcandidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, buildingclient relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to delivermeasurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate newbusiness leads through personal networks, outbound campaigns, and digitalchannels.
Suggest innovative leadgeneration strategies to the management and marketing teams.
Represent Finsmart India atindustry events, professional forums, and networking meetups to buildvisibility and expand the client base.
Implement and manage a CRMsystem to track leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics.
Maintain updated lead data andshare regular reports and insights with management.
Plan own calendar, share weeklyupdates and structured feedback with the marketing team regarding lead quality,market trends, and competitor pricing/offers.
Work closely with the management team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualify, nurture, and closeleads generated through the new Finsmart India website and other marketingefforts.
Consistently meet or exceedmonthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in business,Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of experience in B2Bsales, preferably in accounting, payroll, or tax compliance services.
Proven ability to manage thecomplete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
Strong communication,negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented,and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
