Implementation Consultant
to join a government-focused engineering and technology firm that modernizes critical infrastructure and operational systems for federal agencies, located in
St. Louis, MO
for a
fully on-site
role.
This role requires an active SECRET Clearance (strongly preferred) or the eligibility to obtain one.
Responsibilities of the Implementation Consultant:
Serve as the primary point of contact for PLM users, providing Tier 1/Tier 2 support for Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Capital, and othertools.
Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and root‑cause categorization for all incoming help desk tickets (user issues, environment issues, software defects, configuration problems).
Monitor and manage support channel (including help desk phone line and email queue—ensuring timely response and complete ticket ownership through resolution).
Coordinate with end client end users, SMEs, and infrastructure teams to elevate issues appropriately and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.
Review system logs, identify environment-related issues, and assist with diagnosing application functionality problems within secure/classified environments.
Track all assigned issues from intake to closure, ensuring accurate communication, thorough follow‑up, and cross‑team collaboration.
Qualifications for the Implementation Consultant:
2+ Years of
Helpdesk/System Administration experience
Teamcenter PLM
experience (preferred) or other PLM knowledge (Windchill, Enovia, Arena PLM's, SAP, ARAS Innovator, Autodesk)
Linux
or
Oracle
experience strongly preferred
CompTIA Security Plus Certification
(strongly preferred, must be able to obtain before start date if otherwise).
Active Secret Clearance
Compensation for the Implementation Consultant:
Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO, Holidays, Sick Leave if required by law
