Overview As a Senior Director of Ops Practice Sales at Incedo, your primary responsibility will be to pioneer new business prospects by acquiring new logos and broadening the scope of existing accounts with new Line of business (LOBs). You will play a pivotal role as a hunter in the Operations transformation practice. By cultivating profound relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, you will be able to identify potential areas and formulate strategic sales plans for the practice.

What you’ll do

Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by gaining new clients and expanding services to existing ones. Build a strong pipeline by identifying potential leads through your industry network in 1-2 verticals that Incedo operates in, and convert them into confirmed clients, particularly in Operations transformation.

Strategic development: Identify potential growth areas and formulate strategic sales plans for the practice. Address Industry challenges by actively collaborating with Incedo’s senior domain stakeholders.

Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key business executives on the client side to gain a deep understanding of their needs. Work in close coordination with Incedo’s horizontal services to develop most suitable solutions for the client.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 15 years of relevant sales experience. Operation Transformation Sales Hunter

Strong Experience in Operations/Ops transformation sales (Wealth Management/ Financial Services experience).

Should have worked at the intersection of Technology and Ops.

Ideally has worked in a global consulting or technology services firm
