Job Description
Analyze manufacturing performance and drive improvements in cycle time, efficiency, cost, and overall process capability.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to assess capacity, operational mix changes, and process bottlenecks.
Provide real‑time reporting and analytics for key metrics, including cycle time, on‑time delivery, DL efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and support Lean, Kaizen, and waste‑reduction projects across operations, quality, production, and maintenance.
Develop and refine tools, processes, and methodologies that enhance performance, standardization, and sustainability.
Challenge teams to identify improvement opportunities and execute changes that reduce overtime, inventory, headcount needs, and waste.
Support annual strategic planning by analyzing operational data and helping to prioritize improvement initiatives.
Partner across the organization to drive adoption of Operational Excellence methodologies and ensure measurable, long‑term improvements.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field (Industrial Engineering preferred).
At least 5 years of experience driving continuous improvement projects in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
Strong background in Lean methodologies, Kaizen events, and systemic problem‑solving.
Skilled in data analysis, Excel (advanced), and process modeling; SAP experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decision‑making.
