Akkodis is seeking a
Strategy and Operations Lead
for a
Contract
with a client in
San Jose, CA . You will lead discovery sessions to identify operational gaps and develop improved operating rhythms to drive organizational performance.
Rate Range:
$60/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Strategy And Operations Lead Job Responsibilities Include
Lead strategic discovery sessions to assess operational challenges and identify opportunities for improved business performance.
Design and implement scalable operating models, workflows, and rhythms that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Develop executive‑ready materials, including strategic frameworks, presentations, and narrative documents to support decision‑making.
Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align on strategic priorities and drive collaboration across the organization.
Analyze complex, ambiguous problems and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Manage projects and timelines independently, ensuring high‑quality delivery with minimal oversight.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Strategy, Management, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operating model design, or organizational effectiveness.
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver strategic, data‑driven recommendations.
Demonstrated experience leading discovery sessions and designing improved operating rhythms and workflows.

Pay Details:
$60.00 to $63.00 per hour
