Position Title:

North America Commercial Leader

Location:

Remote (US-based) with regional travel and twice-yearly visits to Shanghai.

Compensation:

$200K–$250K base + team-revenue-based bonus + potential stock options.

The Role:

As we launch US manufacturing to fuel our North American ambitions, we need a seasoned commercial leader who can help us evolve from ingredient supplier to full solutions provider in US — and grow our $30M North American business to $300M by 2029.

Turn Insights into Strategy – Identify trends, spot new opportunities, and uncover unmet needs in the nutraceutical space. Build and execute sales strategies that make full use of company’s solutions to win in the market.

Deliver Breakthrough Growth – Bring in high-value new customers and expand existing accounts with category-led, solution-based selling and innovative products.

Be the Partner of Choice – Build company’s reputation as the go-to innovation partner for leading North American brands by delivering results and cultivating long‑term partnerships.

Immediate Focus

Develop and execute a North American commercial strategy aligned with our global goals.

Quickly assess and segment our customer portfolio.

Target and grow strategic accounts.

Accelerate adoption of company’s full solutions offering.
