Responsibilities The International Tax Senior supports global tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities across multiple jurisdictions. This role works closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure compliance with international tax laws while assisting with cross-border tax planning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review international tax compliance filings, including foreign income tax returns, withholding taxes, and indirect taxes (VAT/GST)
Assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction analysis
Support international tax provision calculations and disclosures for financial reporting (ASC 740 / IAS 12)
Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and summarize impacts to the business
Assist with tax planning initiatives related to cross-border transactions, entity structuring, and supply chain changes
Coordinate with local finance teams and external advisors in foreign jurisdictions
Support international tax audits, inquiries, and information requests
Maintain tax documentation, workpapers, and internal process controls
Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives within the global tax function
