Responsibilities
Support the global launch and ongoing optimization of the HCP Unified Experience, ensuring seamless integration with Lilly.com and alignment with cross-functional team objectives (commercial, clinical and medical teams)
Establish and maintain governance framework to ensure compliant, high-quality, and consistent delivery of clinical, commercial, and medical content and features.
Oversee day-to-day operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HCP Unified Experience, partnering closely with digital, IT, and medical affairs partners.
Represent HCP Unified Experience with internal and external technology partners for planning, ensuring technical requirements and business priorities are clearly communicated and delivered.
Support management of data governance and compliance across teams
Seek ways to automate and embed AI to increase speed and efficiency of work
Support Lilly logged in experiences and personalization use cases
Support search functionality within HCP Unified Experience across key team members with medical and commercial, legal, regulatory and others
Co-develop and implement successful digital strategies while balancing the dual needs of customers and internal business partners
Ensure decisions are customer-centric and based on data, behavior, and voice of customer market research
Maintain appropriate sense of urgency and accountability
Challenge assumptions; influence collaborators and key functions to explore innovative ideas and digital solutions that best serve customer needs
Display strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and ensure frequent, continuous, and effective communications with team members & stakeholders, setting expectations, negotiating priorities, and navigating timelines appropriately.
Monitor key performance indicators and customer feedback to inform enhancements, drive engagement, and support global scalability.
Support digital engagement initiatives and specialty projects as capacity allows
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital engagement, or web operations within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry.

Additional Preferences
Experience working on or directly with commercial, medical or clinical pharmaceutical teams on digital/non-personal initiatives, especially website experience
Demonstrated success leading large-scale programs and/or systems with ownership of strategic, operational, and tactical workplans.
Experience scaling new functional and digital capabilities across an enterprise.
Demonstrated strategic prowess and discernment with proven ability to develop and complete digital strategies
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical digital communications and HCP engagement.
Demonstrated expertise in managing digital products with cross-functional partners
Provide ability to monitor, translate, design, test and integrate customer and stakeholder insights into effective product strategy and digital communications plans
Project and Portfolio management with 2 or more years’ experience
Strong business problem-solving skills, driving to resolutions with appropriate sense of urgency and accountability
Proven ability to manage complex digital projects, prioritize deliverables, and get results in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Agility operating in a cross-functional team as part of a highly matrixed organization.
Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
Identify, understand and leverage short and long-term external trends and procedures in digital channels
Participate in capability‑building initiatives and co‑develop digital solutions
Experience with enterprise web platforms, content management systems, and Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe Agile framework)
Experience collaborating with cross‐functional teams
Knowledge of internal content approval processes.
Experience with product management, product development and website or digital product lifecycle
Experience or familiarity with Adobe platform suite of products

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$127,500 - $187,000
Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
