Requirements Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily showroom operations to achieve and exceed sales goals
Supervise the Sales Manager to train, coach, and develop showroom staff in product knowledge and sales performance
Lead and inspire the showroom team to meet and exceed sales management targets
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by resolving escalated service issues promptly and professionally
Maintain showroom presentation standards through visual merchandising supervision and regular store audits
Maintain high levels of execution of delivery, warehouse presentation and operation through supervision of operations personnel
Partner with District Managers and the executive team to align showroom performance with company objectives using Traction EOS
Foster a high-performing, team-oriented environment built on accountability, communication, and excellence
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
4 to 10 years of experience in
sales management , particularly in
big ticket retail
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsModerate physical demands; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
