Role Description We are seeking a strategic and analytical HubSpot CRM Manager to optimize our marketing technology stack, drive process improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Your role

Provide HubSpot support and administration end to end, including user management, permissions, objects, pipelines, workflows, reporting, and overall system configuration.

Serve as the primary point of contact for a high volume of HubSpot requests, managing the entire lifecycle for marketing automation.

Identify recurring issues and root causes across HubSpot, integrations, and internal systems, and implement scalable solutions.

Maintain strong data hygiene and governance to ensure HubSpot remains a trusted source of truth for reporting and decision-making.

Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and processes.

Build and manage automated email campaigns, drip sequences, and multi-channel marketing workflows.

Ensure campaign quality through testing protocols, QA processes, and performance monitoring

Support marketing team with technical implementation of campaigns and programs

Ensure data integrity across all marketing systems through proper configuration, governance policies, and regular audits

Evaluate and implement new marketing tools to improve efficiency and capabilities

Maintain integrations between marketing systems and sales/customer success platform

Establish best practices for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting

Partner with Sales Operations to align on lead definitions, SLAs, and handoff processes

Collaborate with Customer Success Operations on customer marketing initiatives and retention campaigns

Work closely with marketing leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution plans

Serve as liaison between marketing and IT/engineering for technical requirements

Participate in revenue operations initiatives to ensure unified go-to-market alignment

Qualifications

Marketing automation platform certifications (HubSpot, Marketo Certified Expert, Salesforce Administrator)

Familiarity with marketing attribution models and revenue operations frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

4+years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or related role

Proven experience managing marketing automation through Hubspot

Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Strong understanding of data management, database architecture, and API integrations

Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)

Familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution tools, and marketing analytics solutions

Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology company environment

Background in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles

Experience with marketing budget management and vendor relationships
