— This role prepares and processes mortgage loan records, files and correspondence from application through approval. It assures compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines and customer service standards. It communicates with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, title companies, and others to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and obtain all necessary documentation required for the file. High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of related experience Preferred Skills/Experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems with guidance Effective verbal and written communication skills Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. Benefits

Compensation: Salary range reflects figures based on the primary location; actual range may differ by location. The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $20.91 per hour. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements).
