CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Human Resources Specialist Job Summary The HR Assistant role is critical to the success of the organization. The HR Assistant helps manage recruitment, onboarding, new employee orientation, record maintenance, and audit support. You serve as a contact between the HR department and the rest of the organization. This role will enhance your communication skills, documentation skills, organization and time management skills, and your ability to project manage.

Skills / Requirements

High School Graduate

Associate’s Degree in a business related field preferred

A minimum of two (2) years of administrative or other related experience required.

Any similar combination of education and experience will be taken into consideration.

Valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing.
