The Digital Asset Coordinator at Glanbia Performance Nutrition will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes. This position will be part of the North America Creative Services team and will report into the Sr. Project Manager.
What You’ll Do
Evaluatecontent to develop& maintainan appropriate taxonomyarchitecture for our DAM.
Upload & organizeimages, logos, illustrations, labels, nutrition panels, video materials, and other types of media used in supportforour brand’s marketing efforts.
Followstandard tagging protocols and best practices whenoptimizingcontent upon upload.
Intake of content from various global contributors across cross functional teams — Verifying, organizing, andcataloguingwhat is provided upon upload.
Manageaccess levels for users and user groups of the DAM.
Archiveor limiting access to retired and expired content.
Conductregular audits of the digital asset library to ensureaccuracy,consistency to Brand guidelines.
Collaboratewith outside agency partners and internal teams to develop automations and workflows. Initiativesto includeimproved DAM keyword accuracy, content review workflows, tagging, rights management, alt text/VTT, and report on content readiness.
EnhanceDAM listings for better usability (e.g.thumbnails, descriptions, etc.) withuseof manual processes and Ai tools.
PartnerwithDAMsoftware client services team to help maximize our investment in the software.
Documentbest practices for continuousimprovement, andproviderecommendations for technical innovation pathways.
Proactivelyadvisecross-functional partners of upcoming usage expirations.
Skills you will bring to the team
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Library Sciences, Fine Arts or a related degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of asset management, enterprise content management, or supporting DAM systems for a large client or company.
Strong understanding of digital asset management principles, standards, and best practices.
Experience working with DAM systems (e.g., OrangeLogic,Brandfolder,Aprimo etc.)
Knowledge of copyright laws and usage rights for digital assets.
Understanding of various media formats and ratios
Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
