At Thresh, the MarTech Activation Associate is the critical link between content, design, marketing, and a cloud based MarTech platform, ensuring all digital assets are governed, managed, and deployed with maximum efficiency and compliance. We value clarity over complexity, operational excellence, and a clean content supply chain.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAM GOVERNANCE & ARCHITECTURE
Act as the hands‑on keyboard lead for all Digital Asset Management activities within AEM, configuring and maintaining the DAM structure.
Define and own the asset taxonomy, metadata schema, and tagging strategy to ensure discoverability and governance across millions of assets.
Establish, document, and enforce all policies for asset intake, lifecycle management, version control, and archival.
Define and implement robust security and rights management protocols to ensure licensing compliance for all digital assets.
OPERATIONS & WORKFLOW
Design and optimize content workflows, leveraging AEM Assets features to automate asset processing, renditions, and distribution to downstream systems.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for integrating the AEM DAM with other core platforms (e.g., Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, marketing automation systems).
Train and support client teams (Marketing, Product, Content Authors) on daily DAM operations, workflow adherence, and metadata best practices.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define the requirements for DAM enhancements and custom integrations.
Partner with Marketing and Design teams to translate creative strategy into practical, governed asset production and usage.
Proactively assess the application of Generative AI tools within the DAM workflow to accelerate content ideation, variation creation, and delivery velocity.
WHAT YOU BRING PLATFORM EXPERTISE & CONTENT FLUENCY
2+ years of professional digital marketing experience, with at least 1+ years in a hands‑on lead role directly managing a digital asset management (DAM) tool.
Proficiency in AEM, including metadata schemas, smart tagging, custom workflows, and asset share.
