Job Description
Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior General Equipment Analyst in support of Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requirements at their research facility in Bethesda, MD.

Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
Define the nature and extent of problems. Analyze relevant data, interview managers and employees, observe operations, develop solutions, and prepare mathematical models.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government. Reports are usually submitted in writing, and oral presentations are common. Management analysts may be retained to help implement the suggestions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of experience in facilitation, production of executive‑level documentation, and project management.
Two (2) years of experience developing documentation for business process knowledge transfer or system models, describing how the experience supports the development of business process models in accordance with the PWS.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills and proficiency with collaboration tools and Microsoft Office products to support business process documentation and modeling.
Favorably adjudicated PSI at a T5 level.
Desired Experience
Demonstrated experience with the use of Innoslate for modeling.
