Sell six‑and seven‑figure custom automation projects
Target manufacturers across automotive, medical device, industrial equipment, consumer goods, and more
Work directly with engineering and operations decision‑makers
Own and build the Chicagoland territory
Unlimited earning potential tied directly to performance
You will be responsible for generating new business, building pipeline, and closing complex capital equipment projects.
Experience & Expectation Top 10% performers who:
Have 5+ years selling capital equipment, engineered systems, automation, robotics, or technical industrial solutions
Consistently exceed quota
Open doors without relying on inbound leads
Are comfortable with 6–12+ month consultative sales cycles
Can speak credibly with engineers and executives
Want uncapped income and are willing to bet on themselves
