Chicagoland | Uncapped Earnings | Build Your Territory Automation Robotics Solutions (ARS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ARi (www.ARiGS.com), is hiring a true sales hunter to dominate the Chicagoland manufacturing market.

We design and build custom, special-purpose automation machines — robotics systems, assembly automation, test systems, and integrated production equipment. Our projects are complex, high-value, and mission-critical to our customers.

This is not an account manager role. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build‑it, win‑it, own‑it role.

Sell six‑and seven‑figure custom automation projects

Target manufacturers across automotive, medical device, industrial equipment, consumer goods, and more

Work directly with engineering and operations decision‑makers

Own and build the Chicagoland territory

Unlimited earning potential tied directly to performance

You will be responsible for generating new business, building pipeline, and closing complex capital equipment projects.

Experience & Expectation Top 10% performers who:

Have 5+ years selling capital equipment, engineered systems, automation, robotics, or technical industrial solutions

Consistently exceed quota

Open doors without relying on inbound leads

Are comfortable with 6–12+ month consultative sales cycles

Can speak credibly with engineers and executives

Want uncapped income and are willing to bet on themselves

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan

Prospect via plant visits, networking, outbound outreach, and industry events

Lead technical discovery conversations

Partner with internal engineering to develop custom proposals

Close high‑value capital equipment projects

Build long‑term customer relationships
