Responsibilities
Provide features and benefits information to help customers make home furnishing selections. Take a consultative selling approach to building customer relationships. Be accountable for individual success within a team environment. Achieve and exceed sales goals. Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture. Display professional interpersonal communication skills. Show patience, resiliency and persistence backed by an entrepreneurial spirit. Exhibit excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Compensation and Benefits
