As a Rental Territory Account Manager – West Region, you’re the partner customers rely on, the one who knows what’s coming down the pipeline, what challenges they’re up against, and how to keep their projects moving without missing a beat. The ideal candidate will reside within the region, preferably in the Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT area.

You won’t be tied to a desk or stuck walking job sites all day; you’ll be out building relationships that matter across your region. You’ll learn your customers’ business inside and out, anticipate what they’ll need before they need it, and deliver the temporary power solutions that save the day.

What You’ll Do

Become the go-to call customers make when they need a partner who truly gets it

Build deep, ongoing relationships knowing your customers, their goals, and their challenges

Create meaningful touchpoints through visits, strategic conversations, and proactive engagement

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share

Align closely with your Project Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Represent Sunbelt Solomon with passion, pride, and the mindset of we’re in this together

3-5 years of sales experience (temporary power generation preferred)

Basic technical understanding of power products and services

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to travel ~60%+ and work beyond regular business hours as needed

Competency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong business development and closing skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to meet deadlines and follow company processes

High level of professionalism

Assets (Nice-to-Haves)

Technical background supporting temporary power distribution projects from low-voltage to high-voltage applications

Experience working with customers across multiple industries such as utilities, industrial facilities, commercial construction, data centers, renewables, and emergency response

Ability to read and understand single-line diagrams, transformer sizing, cable configurations, and protection equipment

Comfort advising customers on safe, efficient, and compliant power setups

Previous experience in electrical services, power rentals, or industrial field support
