to own and grow a sales territory as our Field Sales Specialist.

You'll be the face of Cavalier Distributing for chain stores within your assigned territory, building and nurturing positive, professional relationships with our valued retail partners.

What You'll Be Doing: You will ensure our products shine in the market, from the back of the house to the front display. Your core responsibilities include:
Executing delivery receipt and expert merchandising/restocking.
Restocking, building, and maintaining compelling displays to Cavalier's high standards.
Executing and closing sales directly with retail decision-makers.
Monitoring inventory levels and proactively upselling incremental product.
Ensuring proper retail pricing, signage, and effective utilization of point-of-sale materials.

Requirements Are You the One? We're looking for an energetic, competitive, and passionate individual with a positive attitude. You should be detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience (previous experience in the craft beer industry is a plus!).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
