Seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Account Executive
to join a fast-growing, value-added reseller of Acumatica ERP. They provide ERP solutions primarily to engineering and construction clients across North America.
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities. You will focus on acquiring new clients and driving growth for the company by aggressively pursuing leads and building strong relationships with potential customers, as well as engaging lead generation strategies to drive further business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they align with the company’s offerings and target market.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
Facilitate product presentations, demos, and meetings with potential clients to showcase the value of our solutions.
Drive the sales process from initial contact to final close, including negotiating terms, handling objections, and closing deals.
Proactively identify and generate new leads through a combination of cold calling, networking, referrals, and other outreach methods.
Work closely with the marketing, customer success, operational, and other applicable internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and effectively support delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on new business acquisition (preferably in a B2B environment).
Strong ability to identify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with B2B cold outreach and lead generation.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with decision-makers.
Previous experience in selling ERP platforms, particularly Acumatica ERP, is ideal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with ERP systems or SaaS industry experience is preferred.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas or targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
