Sales Operations Coordinator

Description Sales Operations Coordinator will work within the Sales Operations team and be responsible for supporting small and medium business accounts. Overview of support includes building out reports, manually adjusting territory tags, resolving tickets and other processes within the Salesforce CRM. Your day to day "stakeholder" will be the internal sellers and having strong and precise communication skills will be very important.

Day to Day Requirements

Validation within Salesforce

Communicating with Amazon sales team to ensure accuracy and that cases are completed on time

Building spreadsheets accurately within Salesforce environment

Working through tickets with individual sellers on sales team

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
