Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in producing a captivating 12-15 minute ICAP Orientation Video, introducing our organization's mission, leadership team, and core program areas to new members. Your innovation will shine through as you develop user-friendly onboarding toolkits designed to empower our staff and ensure consistency across the organization. To thrive as a Human Resources and Marketing Intern at Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership, you should bring a blend of creativity and organizational skills. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field from institutions like Augustana University, Dakota State University, South Dakota State University, the University of South Dakota, or the University of Sioux Falls will provide a solid foundation. Proficiency in video editing software and presentation tools is preferred, enabling you to produce compelling visual content that communicates our mission and impact effectively. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you'll be collaborating with our executive team and program managers.
