About the Role Canon USA is seeking a Copier Account Executive for the Mid‑West and Southeast regions. This full‑time virtual role focuses on developing strategies to increase sales with key decision‑makers in the Dealer Sales Channel and end users, promoting strong business relationships with assigned dealers and their respective branches while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Your day‑to‑day duties include communicating with Fortune 500 level executives—including CEOs, CIOs and CFOs—to present high‑level sales strategies, ROI analyses, and technical workflow solutions, and providing technical expertise to assist dealers and customers in selecting hardware and software solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the Dealer Sales Channel and End User accounts
Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers, presenting high‑level sales strategies, ROI and technical workflow analysis
Assist the Dealer Sales Channel and End User customers with technical knowledge that allows for detailed analysis and recommended hardware and software solutions
Manage Dealer Sales Channel account accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel‑related support
Conduct high‑level introductory sales calls and provide proposal development and bid support assistance
Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the Dealer Sales Channel
Coordinate events and tradeshows
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues and support specialist knowledge within functional areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3‑5 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales/sales support within the copier or A3 market
Experience with copier sales / A3 market required
Experience selling directly to end users and/or with B2B retail sales to copier dealers, manufacturers or end users preferred
CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ and/or CompTIA Network+ certifications are a plus
Travel of over 75% within the assigned region expected
Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; position involves driving and overnight travel
Compensation Annual base salary range: $69,300 – $103,770. Eligible for commissions under an applicable plan.
