Sales Trainer
The Sales Trainer is responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence across Evergreen's assisted living sales teams. This individual will design and deliver comprehensive training programs, provide field coaching, and ensure consistent product knowledge and operational understanding. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, the Sales Trainer will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales effectiveness, aligning operational processes with sales objectives, and contributing to Evergreen's overall growth and success. Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field required; Master's degree preferred Years of Experience:
Minimum three to five years' experience in sales training, coaching, and development, preferably in the assisted living or healthcare sector; experience with field coaching and mentoring sales teams required; familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and learning management systems Skills:
Sales and marketing experience, strong understanding of operational processes and compliance standards within a sales environment; exceptional communication and presentation skills; strong coaching and mentoring abilities; analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions; proficiency in developing and delivering training programs; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional leaders Travel:
Up to 75% travel Physical Demands:
