Position Overview As part of EY-Parthenon, our unique blend of transformative strategy, corporate finance, and transaction expertise translates into real-world solutions. Our Supply Chain practice engages in high-profile global transactions and transformative projects, applying deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients' most pressing supply chain challenges. Your Key Responsibilities As an Associate in the Supply Chain practice, you'll engage with innovative supply chain organizations across the entire transaction lifecycle. You'll tackle complex M&A integrations and divestitures while developing solutions that enhance supply chain performance and resiliency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, with 1 year of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with some related experience. Experience in management consulting. Exceptional analytical skills to distill complex data into actionable insights. Proven ability to prioritize projects and adapt to new challenges. Solid negotiation and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary. Ideally, you will have: Experience with firm-approved AI tools in a business setting. An MBA.
