TEAM MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK FROM OUR RALEIGH, NC HQ FOUR DAYS A WEEK. Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for assigned product categories across all marketing channels, including print, digital, radio, ecommerce, signage, and more. This role works closely with assigned merchant partners in motor oil, fluids, filters, performance chemicals, and other categories. Together, they implement retail, professional, and digital ecommerce strategies by collaborating with marketing and ecommerce channel owners. Key Qualifications
The Product Marketing Manager must possess familiarity with automotive products, Advance Auto Parts stores, the Professional sales team, and customer base. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively prioritize projects, product categories, vendors, and occasionally competing agendas to achieve measurable marketing outcomes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Partner with the merchandising team to align and communicate category strategies across DIY, Professional, and eCommerce channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing program managers to develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies and activations—including digital, print, radio, and social media—with all initiatives receiving final approval from merchant and vendor partners and tracked for reach and conversion metrics. Optimize customer experience in all sales channels by increasing engagement rates through effective use of media, signage, communications, and digital methods, with improvements measured by customer satisfaction scores and engagement analytics. Integrate competitive insights, customer analytics, and additional data into category strategies to enhance market positioning and drive measurable growth in category sales and share. Coordinate with field teams to deliver accurate and impactful marketing materials, ensuring timely distribution and positive feedback from end users. Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to develop clear, well-structured presentations that effectively communicate key messages to internal stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail. Data literacy and ability tell a story with persuasive written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively to support the needs of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate workflow, and handle tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize competing or conflicting agendas for maximum company benefit. Education & Experience
4-year bachelor’s degree 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing, merchandising, retail, e-comm, or automotive CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
