What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Answer inbound calls, averaging 60-90 calls per day, addressing customer inquiries related to retirement plans
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, structured team environment to meet customer needs
Meet and exceed established key performance goals including call metrics and quality standards
Educate customers about their retirement plans while utilizing multiple systems and databases
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
0-1+ years of general experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate's degree or post-secondary education
2+ years of experience in the service industry and/or financial services
Previous remote work experience
Passion for helping and educating customers
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
