
Marketing Intern

Alliance Marketing Partners is seeking a full‑time Summer Staffing Intern to support our experiential marketing and event operations team. This is a hands‑on, on‑site opportunity for a motivated college student interested in event planning, staffing logistics, and brand activations.
You will work directly with our Staffing Manager and play a critical role in recruiting, scheduling, and preparing talent for client events.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing & Recruitment
Post and manage shifts for client events Recruit Brand Ambassadors, review applications, conduct interviews, and support onboarding Coordinate internally to ensure all staffing needs are fulfilled Maintain shift logs and attendance tracking
Training & Development
Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions for Event Managers and Brand Ambassadors Help ensure staff are fully prepared for activations
Administrative Support
Ensure contractor paperwork is accurate and submitted on time Maintain organized documentation to support payroll processing
Qualifications
Current or recently graduated full‑time college student Available to work full‑time on‑site in Arlington, VA for the summer Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Prior event planning or logistics experience (academic or professional preferred) Schedule
Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM This internship provides direct exposure to experiential marketing operations and large‑scale event staffing. Apply to gain practical experience in recruiting, staffing logistics, and event execution.
