ServiceNow Developer - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) In today's digital economy, it's essential to modernize outdated processes and systems. The Team Our ServiceNow Delivery practice assists clients in modernizing their systems, processes, and products to elevate their business and the services they provide to customers. We utilize various ServiceNow modules, Microservices, Cloud, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable complete automation with effective architecture at the best possible cost. We are transforming the way clients engage with their customers, employees, and partners through application modernization and efficiency across their platform and infrastructures. Key Responsibilities Collaborate in project implementations while providing thought leadership through extensive ServiceNow expertise. Design, develop, and maintain solutions focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Configure and customize ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management capabilities. Develop asset lifecycle processes encompassing request, procurement, receiving, deployment, loaner, refresh, and disposal. Integrate HAM with CMDB and maintain CI-Asset relationships. Automate various asset management processes and build comprehensive reports and dashboards for visibility and compliance. Manage update sets, release activities, provide post-go-live support, and troubleshoot data quality issues. Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time. Qualifications 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, particularly with HAM/HAM Pro. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HAM) is preferred. Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and core ServiceNow functionalities. Strong understanding of best practices in IT Asset Management and related processes. Additional Ideal Skills Experience in implementing advanced ServiceNow HAM capabilities. Familiarity with various endpoint and discovery tools such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Jamf. Strong grasp of CI-Asset synchronization and data governance practices. Exposure to software asset management (SAM) principles that intersect with hardware lifecycle management.
