PURPOSE This role involves greeting customers and overseeing the storage pick-up experience. We're hiring for both full-time and part-time positions! MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Warmly welcome and assist storage buy customers. Efficiently manage the storage buy pick-up process using the company's car topper program. Follow the company's phone answering standard operating procedures (SOP) diligently. Verify the identity of individuals picking up storage orders to ensure authorization. Collect the necessary customer information on all storage buy pick-ups. Process customer storage buy orders accurately in POS. Adhere to the company’s safety procedures, especially for lifting practices. Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and selections. Maintain cleanliness and stock of products following Floor & Décor's brand standards. Exemplify company core values in all actions and teamwork. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS At least (1) year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to meet job requirements. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with various levels of management and team members. Proficient with computers and experienced in internet project coordination. Self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. WORKING CONDITIONS The position involves exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise levels can range from moderate to noisy. PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS Physical demands include occasionally exerting 30 - 60 pounds of force, frequently 20-30 pounds, and a consistent need to actively move objects weighing up to 20 pounds. This role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. NOTE:
