We are seeking a highly experienced architectural professional with a minimum of
five
(5) to
seven
(7) years of intensive, daily Revit experience and demonstrated strength in developing and coordinating full construction document sets. We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrably and independently met these requirements in a professional architectural environment and can clearly evidence that experience through prior built work and construction documentation. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum five (5) to seven (7)+years of professional Revit experience Accredited five-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional degree Demonstrated experience producing and coordinating complete construction document sets Strong understanding of building systems and consultant coordination Ability to resolve detailing and construction issues independently Clear architectural judgment and practical design sensibility Applicants must be able to demonstrate, through prior professional work, their ability to meet the above requirements. Qualified candidates must also be prepared to complete a practical Revit‑based test to demonstrate technical proficiency and construction document capability. Compensation
Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience, technical capability, and demonstrated construction document proficiency. Submission Requirements
