Senior Client Services Analyst

Job Overview Join our team as the key support liaison between our clients and IQVIA, providing exceptional service to a segment of our mid-sized or large market. As a critical member of our organization, you will maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring they gain maximum value from our innovative products and services, fostering a positive and productive partnership. Essential Functions Fulfill contract specifications and accommodate ad-hoc customer requests to elevate client satisfaction.

Establish and nurture effective business relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs as their primary contact.

Work collaboratively with clients to optimize their engagement with IQVIA products and services, uncovering potential revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

Monitor performance and adherence to service agreements, ensuring that client obligations are consistently met.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to respond to complex and non-routine client inquiries with expertise.

Deliver product and service training sessions for clients and internal staff, enhancing knowledge and engagement.

Facilitate service meetings at client sites, partnering with account managers to identify business challenges and present effective solutions.

Represent IQVIA on external client projects, showcasing our product capabilities and solutions.

Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's Degree.

Required five (5) years of relevant work experience.

Expert knowledge of client service representative practices is required.

In-depth understanding of IQVIA products is essential.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.

Preferred experience in meeting facilitation, presentations, and training.

Strong proficiency in PC applications, including Excel.

Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal, with the ability to analyze large transactional databases.

Solid business acumen and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships in a diverse business environment while quickly grasping complex concepts and processes.

Willingness to rapidly learn and utilize internal proprietary tools.

Conduct analytical reviews of client feedback, supplier data, and deliverables.

Translate intricate technical processes into clear communications for clients.

Take ownership of issue resolution with sound judgment and strategy.

Document requirements and specifications clearly and thoroughly.

Track and validate implementation against defined specifications.

Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
