is seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead field operations on ground-up commercial projects in the Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley markets.
The company specializes in
industrial, healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial developments
and has a strong backlog of work throughout the Front Range.
Position Overview The Superintendent will oversee
all on-site construction activities
for ground-up commercial projects ranging from
$10M – $60M
from sitework through project completion.
This role requires strong leadership managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
daily on-site construction operations
for ground-up projects
Supervise and coordinate
subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
Maintain
project schedules and sequencing
to ensure timely completion
Lead
daily site meetings and safety briefings
Enforce
OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance
Track progress and resolve field conflicts or delays
Maintain
daily reports, site documentation, and progress logs
Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Collaborate with the
Project Manager and client team
Qualifications
5–10+ years
of commercial construction experience
3+ years as a Superintendent
on ground-up projects
Experience managing
commercial projects $10M+
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
Familiarity with
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Base salary:
$105K – $135K+ depending on experience
