Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly coachable, self-motivated, and goal-driven Comfortable prospecting and following up consistently Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Committed to full-time real estate production and long-term growth About-our-team
