About The Role We are seeking an experienced Mandarin Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, or Dallas.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing and managing cases and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced immigration practice. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients throughout their cases.

In this position, you will work closely with attorneys to prepare filings, organize supporting documentation, track deadlines, and maintain accurate case records. You will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file applications, motions, and supporting documentation before EOIR and USCIS

Draft client declarations and correspondence under attorney supervision

Prepare immigration forms accurately and ensure compliance with filing requirements

Monitor Immigration Court deadlines and track case progress

Organize and maintain accurate electronic and physical case files

Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates

Translate documents and assist with client communication in Mandarin and/or Spanish

Coordinate with government agencies regarding case status as directed

Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient case management

Qualifications

Minimum 1 full year of experience handling immigration cases

Minimum 2 Years of Prior experience in a U.S. immigration law firm (required)

Strong familiarity with EOIR filing procedures and immigration documentation (preferred)

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Proficiency in legal case management software

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Authorization to work in the United States (required)
