We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
Communicate with clients and government agencies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
Manage multiple cases simultaneouslyAttend client meetings and assist with case strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal
Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
