Job Description
Contract to hire opportunity for a paralegal working for a leader in the Real Estate Investment space! The right candidate will be responsible for providing legal, and administrative support to the office of the General Counsel. You will learn and train with the best!

What You Will Be Doing as the paralegal?
Provide administrative support for lawyers and the legal team.
Draft closing transaction documents including deed, transfer forms, bill of sale, closing statement and any other closing documents necessary to close a commercial real estate transaction.
Review title, surveys and other due diligence materials.
Answer subpoenas, provide files to outside counsel on cases.
Communicate with development/leasing department on disposition files.
Communicate internally and externally on behalf of lawyers and paralegals on the legal team.
Identify, verify, and track legal documents/descriptions and data pertaining to assigned matters or projects, determine requirements of legal process, review for completeness, accuracy and proper execution and track progress through all required phases.
What You Will Bring Along?
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Real estate experience.
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) and Adobe.
How They Take Care of Their People? Remote work policy that is effective after 6 months of employment. Policy: 12 remote workdays per quarter, which roughly equates to 1 day per week; No carryover allowed. No more than 3 remote days in a row.
