Our client is a mid‑sized Atlanta based law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate would research, compile, analyze and summarize information to prepare drafts of titles, legal documents, and correspondence for attorney review. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage heavy workload to support several attorneys, and excellent computer skills are a must.
Qualifications include:
Minimum of
five years
of commercial law firm real estate and title search experience.
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate; or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
Legal document management system experience: IManage and WorkShare
