About the Role The Account Executive is responsible for growing the business by continuously sourcing opportunities, networking, building rapport, and staying connected with existing clients. The role involves professionally serving and developing strong relationships with customers through ongoing needs assessment, solution development, and solution delivery. The Account Executive represents the company in all settings, works closely with the Inside Sales manager to achieve sales goals, and reports to the Inside Salesperson on sales numbers, project management, and team collaboration. Accountability is expected both orally and in writing.
About You
2‑3 years of sales experience required, college degree preferred
Strong organizational, written and oral communication, initiative, and ability to work well within a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) required
Attention to detail and consistent follow‑through required
Complexities and Conditions of Employment This position maintains and handles confidential client information; documents and information must be secure. Physical requirements may include the following abilities:
Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, and occasionally move up to 20 pounds
Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard daily
Stamina to sit for extended periods, lift or carry printed materials
Vision sufficient to read a monitor, printed text, and handwritten documents
Effective communication in person and via telephone
