Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales within an assigned multi-state territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships with distributor partners and end users within the mining, quarry, construction, and demolition markets.
You will manage existing accounts while identifying new opportunities across the region. The role requires frequent travel and regular face-to-face interaction with customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and direct customers.
Identify new opportunities within mining, quarry, construction, and infrastructure markets.
Conduct regular customer visits, jobsite visits, and distributor meetings.
Provide product training and application guidance.
Work with engineering, product support, and operations to resolve customer needs.
Provide field feedback on product performance and competitive activity.
Participate in trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events.
Maintain territory plans, forecasts, and activity reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience preferred.
Experience in mining, quarry, construction, demolition, or heavy equipment markets preferred.
Experience working with distributors and contractor customers.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
