Job Responsibilities
Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing instructions
Provide quality reviews for other Account Specialists to ensure accuracy before production
Monitor job progress throughout production and communicate updates to customers
Coordinate production with internal plants and/or external vendors as needed
Resolve customer or manufacturing issues by collaborating with appropriate departments
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
Excellent knowledge of functional areas related to manufacturing operations
Advanced proficiency in technology, including MS Office or MAC software
Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective interdepartmental collaboration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
Preferred Qualifications
Additional education or certifications related to manufacturing operations
Experience mentoring junior staff or leading projects
Familiarity with RFP processes and estimating job costs
