Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kernersville, NC, for an Outside Sales Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, delivering compelling sales presentations, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves understanding client needs, maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and materials, and offering tailored solutions for various projects.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to drive successful pitches to potential clients
Strong skills in Relationship Building and the ability to maintain long‑term business partnerships
Demonstrated success in B2B sales within the construction, remodeling or building products sector
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for managing client interactions effectively
Experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Willingness to work on‑site in Kernersville, NC, and the ability to travel locally as required
Previous experience in sales or the home improvement industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
