Regional Sales Manager A well-established organization is seeking a

Regional Sales Manager

to lead territory growth and customer engagement across a defined region. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying new opportunities, and expanding business within existing accounts.

The position offers the opportunity to own a territory, build meaningful partnerships with customers, and play a key role in driving market growth, while working closely with internal teams across sales, operations, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and strategic partners within an assigned territory.

Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Conduct regular customer visits, product discussions, and demonstrations to support sales growth.

Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and trade gatherings.

Maintain detailed records of customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups within the company’s CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to manage pricing discussions, forecasts, and customer requirements.

Provide weekly activity updates and territory planning reports.

Monitor trends within the territory and proactively identify opportunities to grow market share.

Follow up on leads and support marketing initiatives within the region.

Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams.

Provide basic product troubleshooting or support when needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience in territory sales, account management, or business development.

A strong ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Comfort discussing technical or mechanical products with customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Work Environment

Approximately 60% field-based customer engagement and travel with 40% administrative work.

Regular visits to customer facilities and operational environments within the assigned territory.

Travel within the region is expected.
