What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share for municipal RO and UF membranes

Identify and engage potential municipal clients, including equipment manufacturers and government agencies

Present technical solutions and product benefits to decision-makers and engineers

Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and RFP responses in coordination with internal teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal stakeholders and regulatory bodies

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field

5 or more years of experience in municipal water treatment sales, specifically in RO or UF technologies

Strong knowledge of municipal procurement processes and industry standards

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time across North America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
