What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow a proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
Engage with new, established, and prospective clients through active listening and effective communication
Transform client concerns into opportunities for excellent customer service
Utilize modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payment processing
Create a positive work environment for colleagues and exceptional experiences for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person
Experience in customer service within a spa-like or similar environment
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems
Strong communication skills, with a focus on listening and responding to client needs
Commitment to creating a positive work culture and enhancing client experiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a customer service role within the wellness or spa industry
Ability to demonstrate a track record of sales success
Skills in building strong relationships with clients
Knowledge of wellness services and products
