Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, working closely with the field team, and providing ongoing support to our automotive dealership partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking within the automotive sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our floorplan financing solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet company targets.

Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding finance options, terms, and processes.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

Assist in resolving client inquiries, issues, and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What’s the expected pay for this role?

$18.47 per hour with a potential bonus opportunity of $2,000 - $4,000 per month.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
