Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Regional Foodservice Sales Manager to lead account management & growth across the New England region; specifically within foodservice & distributor channel networks. This role is responsible for managing existing relationships while driving incremental growth through new account development & distributor engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing large foodservice distributors across the region.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined territory of foodservice and distributor partners throughout New England
Own relationships with large regional & national distributors, including sales planning, joint calls, and execution support
Drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing accounts & new customer development
Partner closely with broker networks, distributor sales teams, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies
Conduct frequent in-market visits, including customer meetings, distributor ride‑alongs, tastings, and product presentations
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferable
5+ years of sales / account management experience in Foodservice & Distributor channels
Prior experience working for a food broker or food manufacturer
Proven experience managing and selling through large foodservice distributors
Strong understanding of the New England foodservice market
Proficient with CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
