
Account Executive - Sales

About the Role
This position offers a first-year OTE of $150,000 - $200,000 with a generous base salary, car/phone allowance, and commission/bonus opportunities. City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive new client business in the Raleigh-Durham area. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from cold‑calling and lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals
Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations
Build rapport with potential accounts, explain service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales
Utilize and manage a CRM system to maintain and track client and lead information
Position Requirements
Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role
Successful cold‑calling experience over the phone and in the field
Strong organizational skills with territory management experience
Outgoing, dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Ability to lead client meetings and communicate service offerings effectively
Team player able to collaborate with operations and other sales team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
